Distribution agencies

Distribution of institutions can be distinguished as follows:
a. Agent (dealer), is the institution in charge of distribution on behalf of a particular company. Selling price of goods and services are determined by the manufacturer. From the results of the distribution of goods and services, agents earn a commission. There are several agencies in the distribution agencies, the agency producer, sales, and purchases.
b. Wholesalers (whole seller), are traders who buy in bulk for resale to retailers. Wholesaler wholesalers consists of local, regional, national, and international.
c. Retailers (retailers), are traders who sell goods and services directly to the end consumer. Goods sold is usually a day-to-day necessities.
d. Merchants special items (specialty selling), is a specialized trader selling certain products.
e. Merchant services (service bureau), is a merchant that sells services or a specific service.
f. Realtor (broker or broker), are intermediaries who are authorized others to find goods or sell goods. Realtor in charge entered into on behalf of the authority in the purchase or sale of an item. Broker is not responsible for the delivery of goods. Brokers receive remuneration in the form of fees or kurtase of the buyer, the seller, or both.
g. Commissioner, is the buying and selling of goods intermediary acting on its own and take responsibility for those actions. Commissioner derives remuneration by way of commission.
h. Other distribution agencies, the general agency distribution not only limited to the distribution agencies as described next. There are some other distribution agencies. Eg supermarkets, cooperatives, minimarket, and department stores.
